Iván Rodríguez, designer and digital graphic artist, passionate about the aesthetics of collage, photomontage, and photomanipulation, thanks to these techniques' ability to madly mix seemingly unrelated bits of stories and images, returning to us new realities and new readings that can be wonderfully absurd and shocking, dreamlike or surreal, critical or biting, introspective or humorous.

I enjoy combining all kinds of images I get through different means, from a huge amount of my own photographs that I take for this purpose, to old or current magazines, or even free images from the Internet.

The result follows two lines: one is a more classic collage style, with scissors, paper and glue (digital in my case), and the other, still based on the same technique, ends up taking me to more elaborate landscapes in a cosmic, surreal, dreamlike style.
